We smoke and cure Hams, Bacon and Sausage.
Curing develops rich, complex flavors that fresh ham doesn’t have. Depending on the method, it can be salty, smoky, sweet, or deeply savory. Curing changes the meat’s texture, making it firmer and more sliceable—ideal for thin cuts and charcuterie.

Summer Sausage and Breakfast Sausage are available in Deer season as part of your deer being processed.
Hunters who legally harvest a deer during any of this year’s deer seasons can donate the meat to feed hungry Oklahomans. Simply deliver the deer to us and donate $10 to assist with the program.

Custom packaging.
With vacuum-packaging, we guarantee that 80% of the packages will be tightly sealed. It’s not uncommon for up to 20% of the packages to lose their vacuum. You are more than welcome to bring those packages back for re-sealing, at no charge.
